Lucknow: Healthcity Vistaar Hospital successfully organized an Advanced Neonatal Ventilation Workshop. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, Co-founder & Managing Director, Healthcity Vistaar Hospital, along with distinguished experts Dr. Niranjan Singh, Dr. Monika Kar, Sr. Consultant, Paediatrics & Neonatology, Healthcity Vistaar Hospital, and Dr. Sanjay Niranjan, Chief Organising Secretary, IAP NEOCON 25.
The academic event brought together leading national and international faculty to train pediatricians, neonatologists, and post-graduate doctors on the latest ventilation techniques for newborns.
International Coordinators included Dr. Ashraf Gad (Qatar) and Dr. Monika Kaushal (Dubai). National Coordinators were Dr. Navin Bajaj and Dr. Rajesh Kumar, while State Coordinators were Dr. Niranjan Kumar and Dr. Monika Kar. Dr. Rahul Dixit served as the Local Coordinator.
The workshop faculty comprised experts such as Dr. Anu Sharma, Dr. Gaurav Gupta, Dr. Gopal Agarwal, Dr. Mayank Priya, Dr. Pranaya Mall, Dr. Reeta Bora, Dr. Sachin Verma, Dr. Shubham Singh, Dr. Tapas, and Dr. Uma Mahesh.
Sessions focused on high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, volume-targeted ventilation, and non-invasive ventilation modes, alongside hands-on training and case-based discussions.
Speaking at the event, experts emphasized that the workshop would help doctors adopt evidence-based practices, thereby ensuring better care and improved outcomes for newborns.
